TO ORDER SIMPLY:

1. Open an e-mail message using our button

2. Browse our listings and copy and paste your selections into the e-mail message

3. Add your address to the top of the message and send us your e-mail

We will respond to your e-mail with a quote of what items are available, shipping rates and payment options. We typically respond within 1-2 days. If you haven't heard back from us after this period please resend your message as we probably didn't receive it.

Canadian and US customers:  We accept Paypal, Money Orders and Personal Checks. To pay through Paypal you must be a "Verified User" with an established history.

Overseas Buyers: We only accept payment through either Western Union or MoneyGram. Sorry, no exceptions!

SHIPPING

TO THE USA We ship our records through Canada Post. It's the most economical way to ship from Canada and we find their service very reliable. We haven't lost a package yet. The service is typically 5-10 business days.

The cost of shipping varies depending on the size and weight of your order. The shipping cost/LP drops significantly the more you purchase and the first kilogram is the most expensive.

WITHIN CANADA The shipping rates within Canada will vary depending on where you live. Once you have determined what you want to order send us an e-mail and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

INTERNATIONAL The best way to ship LPs internationally is through Canada Post's surface mail. The service can take from 4-8 weeks for delivery but the cost is typically more than half the price of any other service. Ordering in larger quantities helps economize on shipping. Shipping rates will vary depending on what country you are from and the volume of records you wish to purchase. Send us an e-mail and we can give you an estimate.
